Through A Glassdoor Darkly: Part 2

The Ink is enjoying an amusing correspondence with “support” at Glassdoor.com. Glassdoor has clarified its reason for deleting a recent, negative review, of DCM, that mentioned DCM being under investigation by the Illinois Attorney General’s Office for Charitable Trusts.

Glassdoor writes:

“Cross the Line– Internal Secret
We determined your review does not meet these guidelines because we believe it may disclose trade secrets or other confidential, internal company information that we don’t allow on our site. We do not allow internal information that is not publicly verifiable.

This is the portion of your review which violates our Internal Secrets guideline.

DCM is under investigation by the Illinois Attorney General’s Office for Charitable Trusts for allegations of fraud and hiring a serial fraudster to run their Chicago telefunding office.

You are welcome to edit your review to meet our Community Guidelines if you wish.”

The Ink has been informed that Glassdoor was corrected and told that the investigation of DCM by the AG’s office, is not a secret, internal or external or in anyway confidential.

So far, no response from Glassdoor.

Updates soon.
